About the Role

We’re hiring School-Based Therapists to provide on-site mental health services during school hours. Clinicians will support students with emotional and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy, while collaborating with educators and caregivers to build stronger, healthier school communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and group therapy to students within school settings
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support emotional and academic growth
  • Assess students’ mental health needs and set meaningful treatment goals
  • Keep accurate clinical notes and student progress documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or associate-level LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA
  • Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently within a supportive team framework
